Elder Nathan Hales: 10/12/2015

Well we had a amazing week this past week we got fed quite a bit because the members saw our meal calendar and they all felt bad so they signed up too feed us.#Do what you gotta do to get fed!!!!! Also i went on exchanges with Elder bair this past week he is a Spanish elder whose area is all of Omaha so we went tracting in my area trying to find people for both of us too teach and we found a couple of potentials for the both of us but the real miracle happened on the last door we knocked on right before we went to meet the other elders to switch back companions, we knocked on the door and were let right in and taught him the Restoration and Plan of salvation in a mini version, and he ate it up and said that he has had a rough life and wants to have a great life for his wife and his 1 year old son who is going into surgery soon. We went back and saw him again yesterday before church and we was going to come to church but his car broke down :( We taught him well we were there trying to help him with his car and he has started reading the book of Mormon and is really wanting to learn more about what we are teaching. Also I had my first District Meeting as a District leader this week and it started out kinda awkward but it got better and we can only progress from their. Also if any of you are wanting to send packages please send them to the mission office of the Nebraska Omaha Mission because things get stolen from outside the door of our apartment complex #ghetto apartment complex. I really love serving here and talking with the people around us though. Oh yeah and we have a baptism this Saturday and he got up and bore his testimony yesterday and i really excited for his baptism.
